Victorian Black Velvet Fringe Choker

With a beautiful 2.5" oxidized silver over brass setting with a 18mm x 12mm black onyx cabochon as the focal, this lovely Victorian style black velvet choker will surely turn heads. Dangling from behind the center of this setting is a 5 1/2" long x 1 1/2" wide black fringe. Choker measures approximately 12.5" with a 5.5 extension.
