Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment received. Custom orders will be shipped within 3 weeks but may be sooner. This can be determined at order time. Please verify that your PayPal address is correct on PayPal as this will be the address to which your order will be shipped. All orders will be shipped standard mail. All standard shipping orders will be sent in a lovely gift bag within a bubble mail envelope. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery in Canada. International orders can take approximately 2-6 weeks. Tracking is not provided with standard shipping. If you would like your item sooner, please contact me before you place your order. Upgraded shipping is available upon request. Please note that all shipping charges are approximate. Should the shipping charge to your country be more, I will contact you to advise you of the amount and any alternate delivery service options. Please note that all shipping charges include postage, packaging and handling. 

If you wish your package to be sent to a different address other than the address submitted to Paypal, please contact me at contact@jewelshart.com specifically requesting this.

 

All customs charges, duties and taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

When Requesting Shipping to Different Address:
Please also check for and reply to my email confirming your "different mailing address". This is a safety precaution for both of us to make sure we're both on the same page and your jewellery gets sent to the correct address.
